Pinehills Golf Club

The Pinehills Golf Club is a premier, daily-fee golf course consisting of two 18 hole layouts designed by Rees Jones and Jack Nicklaus Design respectively. Fitting of the high-end golf courses on the site, the New England-style themed clubhouse, designed by CBT, Inc. was constructed in under 9 months. Groundbreaking occurred after Labor Day in 2000; the clubhouse was complete and open for service by Memorial Day of the following year. The 30,000 SF clubhouse consists of a Pro Shop, Grille Room, Ryder Cup meeting room, Pavilion and Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms. Solid core wood doors, heavy moldings and trim and a cherry bar and soffit highlight the interior space. The Pavilion space, designed to house functions of up to 250 people, is highlighted by decorative, steel plated, wood trusses which provide a post and beam feel. While on site constructing the clubhouse, the owner hired Dellbrook | JKS to construct the following other support buildings necessary for the operation of the golf course. Golf Teaching Pavilion Two Maintenance facilities (including Pump House) Starter Sheds Multiple Amenity Buildings throughout the course
