New, phased construction of Nantucket’s Miacomet Golf Course New Clubhouse. Phase one was the construction of a 14,642 SF wood framed building, with one level below grade and two above. Golf Course operations remained ongoing, with the staff and visitors operating out of a temporary clubhouse placed on the site. The wood framed building features a traditional cedar shingled facade and incuded a restaurant, bar/lounge, pro shop, restrooms and office space on the 2nd floor as well as a commercial style kitchen. Once the new clubhouse was occupied, phase 2 completed the site work for project. Miacomet Golf Course is a public course that serves both the year-round and seasonal communities of Nantucket.
